Terms of Service

By creating an account or using NoteQuik you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (and have a parent or guardian's permission if you are below the age of consent where you live). Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information.
Your content
You own what you write. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service, including sending it to our AI provider to generate responses for you. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or anything unlawful or harmful.
AI features
AI answers, summaries, flashcards and quizzes are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Use them as a study aid, check important facts against your course materials, and do not rely on them for medical, legal or safety decisions. Homework help is intended to guide your learning; follow your school's rules on AI use.
Acceptable use
- No attempts to break, probe or overload the service, or to access other people's data.
- No using the service to harass, to cheat in ways your institution prohibits, or to generate illegal content.
- We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Plans and payments
NoteQuik has a free plan with usage limits and a paid plan. Paid subscriptions are billed through our website via Stripe, renew monthly until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time from the plan page; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. Prices and limits may change with notice.
Fair use
Every plan has daily limits and a monthly fair-use allowance, measured by how much AI processing your requests use, because AI features cost us money each time they run. Normal studying uses a small part of the allowance. If your use is unusually heavy, such as many long videos or recordings, or sharing one account between several people, AI features may pause until the allowance resets on the 1st of the month. Your notes, flashcards and other content stay available. Automated or bulk use, and reselling access, are not allowed. If you regularly need more, email info@notequik.com and we will work something out.
Referrals
You can invite friends with the link in Settings. When a friend joins with your link and adds their first note, you both get a temporary bonus to your daily limits. Bonuses are limited, and accounts made only to collect them, referring yourself, or using fake or duplicate accounts do not count and may lose their bonus. We may change or end the programme at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep NoteQuik running but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from reliance on AI-generated content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
