Delete your account

You can permanently delete your NoteQuik account and the data in it at any time.

In the app or on the website

1. Sign in to NoteQuik.
2. Open Settings and scroll to Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete my account.

You can download a copy of your data first from Settings → Your data → Export data.

If you can't sign in

Email info@notequik.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, notes, subjects, tasks, flashcards, quizzes and results, and AI tutor conversations.
• Any paid subscription is cancelled so you aren't charged again.
• Short-lived backups are overwritten on their normal schedule, usually within 30 days.

Deletion cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
